Tottenham Hotspur have received an ‘official proposal’ from Manchester City for Harry Kane, which could include players as part of the deal.
The 28-year-old confirmed at the end of last season he was open to seeking new opportunities elsewhere after failing to land a piece of major silverware at the age of 28.
And now City have made an offer worth a guaranteed £100m and have included the option of adding players to the deal as well, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Yet Romano claims that, despite Kane’s desire to leave, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has no intention of accepting the offer and wants to keep his star man.
Regardless of the offers flying in, it is claimed Kane will not make a decision until after the European Championship, meaning the matter could drag on until July 11 if the Three Lions manage to reach the final.
