Ahmed Musa Reacts To Victor Moses Retirement From Super Eagles

New Al Nassr player Ahmed Musa has on his twitter handle mentioned that Victor Moses will always be remembered after the 27-year-old announced his international retirement from International duty with the Super Eagles.

On Wednesday, the Chelsea forward disclosed that he will be calling time on his career with Nigeria to focus on his family and club.

The former Liverpool man netted 12 goals in 37 caps in his six-year stint with Nigeria national team, winning 2013 AFCON and featuring in the 2014 and 2018 FIFA World Cups.

In his reaction, Musa is delighted to have played along with the former Wigan Athletic and wish him well in his future endeavour.

“It was a pleasure to play alongside such a great player,” Musa tweeted.

“You have served your nation well and will always be remembered. Good luck in all you do Victor Moses”

Nigeria faces Seychelles in an AFCON qualifier – of course without Moses – on September 8.
