Anthony Martial To Leave Old Trafford Because Of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Martial Leave Old Trafford Solskjaer

Manchester United star Anthony Martial’s future at Old Trafford is now in doubt.

The Man Utd star could leave the club for Inter Milan if boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer fails to steer the Red Devils into next season’s Champions League.

The France international has been in fine form this season, scoring 15 times across all competitions and stepping up in the wake of Marcus Rashford’s back injury.

Martial nearly joined Inter Milan in 2017, with Jose Mourinho ready to cut him loose.

But, now, Anthony Martial’s future at Old Trafford is up in the air.

According to Calciomercato, Inter Milan are eyeing the 24-year-old as a replacement for Lautaro Martinez, who is expected to leave.

It’s said that, if Solskjaer fails to guide the Red Devils back into the Champions League, there’s a realistic chance the striker could make that switch.

Manchester United already plan to sign a forward this summer, regardless of whether or not they turn ex-Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo’s loan deal into a permanent one.
