Super Eagles midfielder, Joe Aribo has revealed that he has soft feelings for Manchester United.
The Nigerian international made this known during a question and answer section on Rangers Television.
Aribo is part of the 24-man squad that was presented by the Super Eagles technical adviser, Gernot Rohr for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sierra Leone on March 27.
Asked by Rangers TV about his biggest inspiration at the club, Aribo replied: I’d have to say gaffer.
”Everyone knows how good a player he was and what he did in the game.
”I know gaffer’s not going to like this, but Manchester United (were the team I supported growing up),” Aribo said in a lighter mood.
