Despite all of Arsenal’s brilliant moves, their weaknesses have come into light as the season progressed and it’s obvious what areas need to be addressed.
Here is a possible Arsenal Dream XI that Unai Emery can pick at the start of next season if all transfers go through as planned:

GK – Bernd Leno
The German international has impressed very well this season and is expected to keep his place with Petr Cech set to retire.
RB – Hector Bellerin
Injury has kept the Spaniard out this season but with a long future ahead, expect the youngster to return to full-flow very soon.
RCB – Sokratis Papastathopoulos
The only assured head in the Arsenal back-line all season is the Greek international centre-half and he deserves to keep his place.
LCB – Samuel Umtiti
Signing the French World Cup winner would secure the Gunners’ defence since he has been a regular in the Barcelona XI for a while now.
LB – David Alaba
One of the best players in his position is this 30-year-old Austrian and he provides excellent width going forward as well.
RM – Henrikh Mkhitaryan
The Armenian has all the potential to be a superstar at Arsenal and Emery must rejuvenate him next season to challenge for the title.
RCM – Lucas Torreira
The Uruguayan midfielder has been sensational since making the switch to North-London and is expected to keep his place.
LCM – Matteo Guendouzi
The youngster is the biggest surprise package of the Premier League season, signed from a Ligue 2 club, he has been an absolute revelation.
LM – Ryan Fraser
If deployed in Alex Iwobi’s position on the left-wing, the Bournemouth speedster has the perfect attributes and the ideal skill-set to excel.
RS – Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
The Gabonese forward’s place in the team has never really been under scrutiny since he has been in sensational form all campaign.

LS – Alexandre Lacazette
Having the Frenchman in Arsenal is absolutely essential for them to score goals; he is the Gunners’ most talismanic striker.
