Chelsea and Tottenham have both been linked with the Ivory Coast international, who has also been linked with a move back to Manchester United, where he played before reverting to Palace.
As per The Sun, a move is unlikely unless Arsenal clinch a Champions League spot by whopping Chelsea in the upcoming Europa League final.
Otherwise, Emery’s budget will be confined to around £40m which would put Zaha well out of Arsenal’s price range.
Palace are believed to be looking for around £80m for Zaha, who has been spectacular for them this season.
