Arsenal to send Krystian Bielik to Charlton Athletic on loan

Arsenal youngster Krystian Bielik is reportedly being eyed up for a loan move by League One side Charlton Athletic.

Bielik has struggled for first-team soccer since joining Arsenal in early 2015, instead of spending time with Birmingham City and Walsall.

The 20-year-old, whose time at the Banks' Stadium was ruined by injury, is now said to be on his way out of the Emirates Stadium for another loan spell after the versatile defender failed to convince manager Unai Emery.

The London Evening Standard claims that interim Charlton boss Lee Bowyer is a fan and is prepared to offer Bielik a chance to prove himself in the English game.

Charlton are looking to fill the empty space left by Ezri Konsa, who was snapped up by Brentford in a £3m contract earlier this summer.
