Gunners' boss is expected to continue with a fluid five-man defence, deploying Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Sead Kolasinac as wing-backs.
Shkodran Mustafi and Laurent Koscielny are expected to flank Sokratis Papastathopoulos while Matteo Guendouzi will come into central midfield.
Mesut Ozil should start in the No 10 role if Ramsey is not fit enough to feature while Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang are likely to be paired up front.
Alex Iwobi and Henrikh Mkhitaryan will, consequently, have to be content with spots on the bench as the Gunners look to build on their 3-0 win over Rennes last time out.
