Konstantinos Mavropanos is pushing for a first start of the campaign and Petr Cech will be keen to play in goal, while Bellerin joins former United pair Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Danny Welbeck and Rob Holding on the injury list.
Meanwhile, Alexis Sanchez will feature for United against his former club in the FA Cup fourth round, but goalkeeper David De Gea is expected to be rested.
Sanchez has not tasted action since the third round after sustaining a hamstring issue, while Marcos Rojo and Marouane Fellaini remain sidelined for Friday's game.
Chris Smalling is back in training after a foot complaint, although United’s caretaker boss does not plan to use him on Friday, but Luke Shaw is back from illness. De Gea was not seen with the team as they made their way to London, nor was Antonio Valencia, Scott McTominay or Matteo Darmian.
