Boboye Happy As Remo Stars FC Draw Bendel Insurance

Remo stars FC head coach Kennedy Boboye believes the away point picked on Saturday against Bendel Insurance has brought relief to the team.

Away form since the beginning of the season for the newly promoted side had been poor, which the coach said was as a result of Remo stars FC being unlucky in most of the matches away from home.

Boboye pointed out that Remo have lost four matches. “We lost close to four matches in injury time, in matches which their opponents have scored late goals to snatch all three points, in matches against Enyimba, Rivers United, Niger Tornadoes. “

Speaking further he said: “We need to keep working hard to ensure we escape from the relegation zone.

“Yesterday the boys did well by not losing concentration till the final whistle. I keep reminding them is not over until it is over and at the end, we got a point.

“I think the loss of concentration towards the end of four matches cost us points in away games this season.”
