Bruno Fernandes Has Been Faulted For Chelsea’s Draw With Man Utd

Paul Scholes has slammed Bruno Fernandes, following Manchester United’s 0-0 draw with Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday.

The Portugal international set up just one opportunity and did not have a single shot on target for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side against the Blues as both clubs got a point each at Stamford Bridge.

But the Manchester United legend said Fernandes didn’t step up for the Red Devils against the host, adding he didn’t do anything during the match.

According to him, the midfielder didn’t create a chance for the Old Trafford club against Thomas Tuchel’s side.

“They have got to change it, the quality has got to be better. The big players have got to step up,” Scholes told Premier League Productions.

“Again, Fernandes, today, I can’t remember him doing anything. I don’t remember him creating a chance. I don’t remember him having a shot on goal.

“I don’t remember Mendy, other than a couple of times, being brought into the game. So the quality is disappointing. They have got to get it better against these big clubs.”
