Chelsea and Real Madrid have come to an accord over a £170m fee for Eden Hazard.
The winger has, again and again, refused to rule out the possibility of leaving Stamford Bridge this summer and emerged as Madrid's top transfer target following Cristiano Ronaldo exit earlier this week.
Other targets such as Neymar and Kylian Mbappe have been ruled out because of Paris Saint-Germain's unwillingness to sell the duo, but French outlet Le10Sport alleges that the European champions have now come to terms over a contract for the Belgium international.
The report claims that Madrid have agreed to a £170m fee for Hazard, which would make him the second-most expensive player of all time after Neymar.
However, it has been claimed that the £170m would also include a contract for Thibaut Courtois, who is also understood to be on the verge of swapping London for Madrid in a move worth in the region of £31m.
The Belgian has reportedly already agreed to personal provisos with Madrid and is eager to complete the transfer this summer, even though new Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri suggested that he is looking forward to working with Hazard.
