Chelsea have set their sights on one of Feyenoord's top performers this season. While the Blues are still keeping an eye out for Victor Osimhen, they know it might be difficult to lure the Nigerian striker away from Napoli; especially considering how valuable Osimhen is to the club.
Amidst all the Victor Osimhen transfer talk, Chelsea are considering other options by looking at Feyenoord's Santiago Gimenez. The Mexican player joined the club from Cruz Azul in July last year, and has been one of their best players since then.

It may interest you to know that Gimenez is the joint top-scorer in the Eredivisie this season, with 13 goals in 12 league matches. He also has three assists to his name; no player has been directly involved in more goals than Gimenez in the Dutch top flight.
It's also important to point out that a fair few clubs are keeping tabs on Santiago Gimenez due to his sensational form; these include Real Madrid, both Milan clubs, Barcelona and Juventus.
In spite of their interest in Gimenez, a Victor Osimhen transfer isn't out of the question for Chelsea. The Napoli star hasn't played in over a month, after picking up a hamstring injury while on international duty in October.
