Chidozie Awaziem loan Move To Boavista

Super Eagles defender Chidozie Awaziem has completed a move to Portuguese Primeira Liga club Boavista on a one-year loan deal.

The 23-year-old moved to Boavista from another Portuguese club FC Porto.

His new club Boavista have the option to make Awaziem’s loan permanent.

The versatile defender was also on loan to Spanish club Leganes all through last season.

Awaziem linked up with Porto from Nigeria Professional Football League [NPFL] club El-Kanemi Warriors in 2015.

He made just 10 senior appearances for Porto.

Awaziem also spent time on loan at French Ligue 1 club Nantes and Turkey’s Caykur Rizespor.
