Coronavirus Crisis Or Not, Man Utd Stars Asked To Resume Training

Manchester United player have been told to return to training as they look to land an early advantage on their Premier League rivals.

The campaign is expected to resume from May and United want their stars fit and raring to go.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has held meetings with coaches Michael Carrick and Kieran McKenna.

And according to the Mirror, they have conjured up a three-week fitness plan to get the likes of Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes and Harry Maguire back up to speed.

The Norwegian sent his players home last week from training with individual plans after the Carrington training complex was closed.

Though Solskjaer is looking to bring his squad back quickly to prepare them better than their rivals and training could resume on April 10.

He and his coaches believe that a three-week period will give them ample time to return to matchday fitness.
