Coronavirus: I Can’t Wait For NPFL To Resume – Madu Reveals

Enugu Rangers midfielder, Christian Madu has revealed that he can't wait for the coronavirus scourge to be defeated so that the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) could return in earnest.

The virus which has halted many football activities globally was recently declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, thereby forcing countries to take preventive measures.

However, Madu, who stated that Rangers shouldn't be written off, told Brila.net that he can't wait for the league season to resume.

“I believe the league will commence as soon as everything is under control as regards the issue of Coronavirus because of the way they started it,” the Enugu Rangers Player stated.

“The seriousness and everything about the league this season, I believe the league will start once everything is over. This league is still open, they should not write Rangers off.”
