Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus transfer finalized

Juventus may possibly announce the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo before the end of the day following an agreement reached with Real Madrid.

The Italian club's president Andrea Agnelli met with Ronaldo in Greece on Tuesday morning to expedite negotiations.

Widespread reports now say that Madrid and Juventus have agreed on a price, which is in excess of £100m which is more than the £88m that had been widely reported over the weekend.

Spanish outlet Marca claims that the Portugal international's nine-year spell at the Bernabeu will officially come to an end in a matter of hours.

Madrid president Florentino Perez has resolved not to stand in Ronaldo's way, granting him his wish to potentially see out his career in Serie A.

The 33-year-old is understood to have signed a four-year deal at the Allianz Stadium.
