Dejan Lovren lost his place in Jürgen Klopp’s plans this season, suggesting a move away from Anfield might be best for him in the summer.
The centre-back seems to now be behind Virgil Van Dijk, Joel Matip and Joe Gomez in the pecking order, and there are some teams looking to take advantage of this.

And now two new Serie A sides are reported to have spoken to the Liverpool centre-back’s agents recently and they are Milan and Napoli.
The report comes from RAI journalist Ciro Venerato, speaking to CalcioNapoli24, who said: “There’s been chats with Lovren’s agents, whom Milan also want. The player’s request is €5m/year. Napoli have put the brakes on.”
Instantly, that suggests the Naples based club have concluded they could find better value for money elsewhere.
As for Milan, a lot rely on what the Paolo Maldini/Zvonimir Boban duo now in charge of transfers as San Siro have planned going forward.
Considering they have only just been introduced to the public, it wouldn’t be too much of a reach to suggest talks with Dejan Lovren’s agents might have originated from Leonardo’s plans, now at Paris Saint-Germain.
