Pep Guardiola has confirmed to Manchester City fans that the inury star striker Sergio Aguero sustained on Saturday against Fulham is not as serious as first thought.
Aguero, who scored and registered an assist at Craven Cottage, was brought off just before the 60-minute mark as a precaution having felt a tightness in his hamstring.

An injury to the Premier League's leading scorer could have dealt a serious blow to City's prospects of obtaining an unprecedented domestic and European quadruple, but Guardiola has played down fears of a long absence for the Argentine.
“He says he felt something, but hopefully he's not injured,” said Guardiola after Saturday's match.
“He decided on not continuing. Hopefully, it will not be a big issue. We will see tomorrow [Sunday] maybe the day after tomorrow.”
With two days to go until City's next Premier League encounter against Cardiff, many City fans, and FPL managers will be sweating over the fitness of Aguero.

It is unlikely Aguero will be risked as Guardiola is expected to deliver a further update ahead of City's Wednesday night game against Cardiff.
