Henry Onyekuru Agrees €15m Deal, To Undergo Medicals At Monaco

Onyekuru €15m Deal Medicals Monaco

Super Eagles star Henry Onyekuru will undergo medicals at Monaco after agreeing a €15m deal.

The 22-year-old has been an Everton player since 2017 although he has never played for the club and has been on loan at two clubs.

Onyekuru is however about to find another permanent home in Monaco who have agreed on a deal with Everton to sign the forward.

Sources report that Onyekuru has agreed personal terms with Monaco and will sign a five-year contract with the Ligue 1 club.

The Nigeria international joined Everton in 2017 after his breakout season in Belgium with Eupen where he scored 24 goals in all competition.

Onyekuru however never got to play for Everton owing to work permit issues and was sent out on loan back to Belgium to play for Anderlecht.

His loan stint at Anderlecht didn’t go as intended as a knee ligament injury in December 2017 ruled him out for that season.

After recovering, he joined Turkish side Galasatary where he dazzled, scoring 14 goals in 31 appearances to help his team to a league and cup double.
