Former Super Eagles goalkeeper, Joseph Dosu has disclosed that Odion Ighalo must be given time to gel into the Manchester United squad.
The Nigerian international made his third appearance as a substitute in the colours of the Red Devils in Sunday's 3-0 thrashing of Watford at Old Trafford in the Premier League.
Recall that Ighalo made his debut game against Chelsea before facing Club Brugge in the Europa League as a substitute as well.
Yet to register a goal to his name, the former Watford forward has been advised by Atlanta Olympic gold medalist, Dosu not to allow the pressure of netting his first goal hamper his general performance.
“For the few games I have watched Odion Ighalo play for Manchester United, I strongly believe he will be a hit at Old Trafford,” Dosu told Goalballllive.com.
“All the young man need is the time to gel properly with the team because he never trained with them when he was signed from China club, Shanghai Shenhua.

“I want to believe that the goals will start coming soon for Ighalo whom I know has always been eager to score goals for any teams that he represents.”
