Ola Aina Excuses Self From Nigeria Vs Brazil Friendly

Ola Aina Ruled Out Of Super Eagles vs Uganda Friendly

Ola Aina is doubtful to feature against Brazil in the upcoming friendly with the Super Eagles on October 13.

As per Allnigeriasoccer, an insider of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) disclosed that Aina wants to excuse himself from the squad.

The 23-year-old was said to have got in touch with the officials and requested to withdraw from the team ahead of Sunday’s cracker with the Selecao.

But the likes of Buraspor’s Abdullahi Shehu and Benfica’s Tyronne Ebuehi are awesome replacements for Aina.

The Chelsea academy graduate who was left out of the 2018 World Cup team has since found his way back into the Super Eagles starting XI.

He was Gernot Rohr’s first-choice at left-back at the AFCON 2019 competition where the three-time African champions came back home with bronze.

Aina, who completed a permanent move to Serie A club Torino this summer after a successful loan spell from Chelsea, has featured ten times in all competitions for the Turin club this season.
