Super Eagles ex-internationals Nwankwo Kanu and Victor Agali paid a surprise visit to Super Eagles training on Friday evening ahead of Sunday's showdown with Algeria.
The duo turned up at the session at Aero Sport Club as the three-time African champions continue their preparations for their Africa Cup of Nations semi-final against Algeria.
The 42-year-old Kanu, considered one of the greatest players in Nigeria history, has been a staunch supporter of Gernot Rohr's men since the competition started.
According to him, his presence will help inspire the Eagles to victory against Djamel Belmadi's side.
Algeria and Nigeria will play in one of the semi-finals of the AFCON 2019.
This will be the ninth time both side will face off in AFCON history, becoming both sides' most-played encounter.
