From 37 appearances in the Championship, he has scored on 25 occasions. He helped his team reach the play-off final on Tuesday evening as he scored the decisive penalty in a shootout victory over West Brom.
The striker is expected to return to Stamford Bridge at the expiration of his loan deal this summer, but clubs from across Europe seem to be gathering.
Previous reports had it that Bundesliga outfit Leipzig were ready to spend £30 million on landing Abraham, and claims by The Mirror indicate that their interest remains strong.
