Liverpool are right now considering making a bid of about £20m for Weston McKennie.
The Schalke 04 youngster has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Liverpool.

Liverpool are now four points clear at the top of the Premier League table, but club manager Jurgen Klopp may well still choose to add to his squad during the January window.
The Sun reports that McKennie has been identified as a possible addition by the Merseyside giants and a bid of close to £20m possibly will be made before the end of the month.
The midfielder has already established himself as a first-team player at Schalke, with a total of 45 appearances coming in the senior ranks since May 2017.

The 20-year-old – who has three-and-a-half years left on his contract – has also earned seven caps for the United States.
