Solskjaer has revived the Red Devils since taking over from Jose Mourinho in a caretaker capacity in December by winning six out of six matches.

United's most latest victory came against Tottenham last weekend, actually lifting Solskjaer above Mauricio Pochettino as the Red Devils' top choice to lead the club forward for the long term.

To get the job on a permanent basis, the report suggests that the Norwegian will need to explain his transfer strategy in detail, while also keeping United on course for silverware on the pitch.
