Manchester United have been told to seal transfers for exciting young English trio Jadon Sancho, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Declan Rice, that’s the view of pundit Paul Merson.

Merson, who believes these players would both strengthen Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side straight away, whilst also giving them a team to build around for the next five years or so.

Sancho has shone at Borussia Dortmund and the Independent have been among the several sources to link him with the Red Devils in recent times.

Hudson-Odoi is an equally quick and skilful English youngster, and his Chelsea future has already come into question after links with other clubs and a lack of regular starts under Maurizio Sarri.

The Daily Star have linked Hudson-Odoi with MUFC in recent times, while the Sun have also mentioned West Ham starlet Rice as a target.

All three would fill key roles with the Red Devils, so it’s little surprise to see Merson speak so well of them as probable additions for United.
