Manchester United have allegedly been given the opportunity to match Juventus's bid for Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
Reports in the Spanish press emerged this week suggesting that Ronaldo is on his way to Juve in a £106m contract.
The Portugal international, who has scored 450 goals in 438 matches for European champions Madrid, will reportedly be paid wages of £500,000 a week in the Italian capital.
In a potential twist, however, The Sun reports that Man United could yet table an identical offer of their own, giving the 33-year-old a chance to return to Old Trafford.
