Newcastle are reportedly set to make a move for Super Eagles Star Emmanuel Dennis who could be playing Premier League football soon.
According to Daily Record, though he is currently enjoying a fine season with Club Brugge, the Magpies have identified Dennis has the man to solve their striking woes.
Steve Bruce’s side are one of the lowest scorers in the Premier League with just 20 goals all season.
With Steve Bruce’s side struggling in front of goal, the former Sunderland manager is interested in Dennis whose finest moment came in Club Brugge’s 2-2 draw against Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League clash between the two sides.
The Nigeria international scored a brace on that occasion as Philippe Clement picked up an unlikely point at the home of the 13-time European Champions.
Dennis joined Brugge from Ukranian side Zorya Luhansk in 2017.
He has made 26 appearances for them, netting eight times.
