Barcelona have started discussions with Paris Saint-Germain over a transfer that would bring Neymar back to the Camp Nou.
According to Record Sport, the Liga champions have offered their own record signing Philippe Coutinho or France international Ousmane Dembele in part exchange for Neymar, whom PSG signed from them for a record transfer fee of €222million two summers ago.

Neymar and his agent-father have been agitating for a move back to the Spanish league since the Brazil international's first Ligue 1 campaign.
Although PSG have repeatedly resisted Neymar's attempts but according to a Qatar source, a deal could be reached were they “to get the right money for the player”.
Neymar has been central to problems encountered by both current coach Thomas Tuchel while being superseded by Kylian Mbappe as the PSG's most important player.
Instead of replacing Tuchel as coach, Qatar extended the German's contract until 2021 and improved his financial terms.
Emboldened by his new deal, Tuchel responded to a public demand from Mbappe “to have more responsibility” at PSG or “elsewhere for a new project” by reminding the forward of his basic responsibilities as a professional football.

Asked this weekend whether he expected Neymar and Mbappe to remain part of his squad for the 2019-20 season, Tuchel avoided ruling out the possibility of one or both leaving.
