Manchester United new boy Odion Ighalo was spotted entering the Lowry Hotel armed with property brochures.
The former Super Eagles striker is settling into life in the city following his Deadline Day move from China's Shanghai Shenhua.
While Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's squad jetted off to Spain for a warm-weather training camp – which Ighalo was blocked from joining because of the coronavirus threat – the Nigerian has used the time to check out some swanky new pads.
Ighalo, dressed in black shorts and a hoodie, was pictured making his way into the Lowry hotel where he is currently staying with a handful of documents.
The 30-year-old appeared to be looking at a brochure for DAMAC Properties, that has a huge portfolio of luxury real estate in the Middle East and the UK.
Solskjaer has confirmed that the former Watford star is in line to make his debut in the Premier League clash against Chelsea.
