Ex Nigeria international, Odubuisi Okosieme has named Victor Moses, Alex Iwobi, Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho as the Super Eagles’ key men to watch out for at the Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup finals.
The Super Eagles have been zoned in Group D together with Argentina, Croatia and Iceland at the global tournament which will hold between June 14 and July 15.
The 3 players are going to take part in the FIFA international friendly games against Poland and Serbia which will be held later this month.
Okosieme told Nigerian Telegraph: ”I must confess to you that Rohr is doing very well. I went through the 28-man list that he just released for the two international friendlies and I concluded that Eagles mean business.
”I’m very happy with the current form of four of our players in top clubs in England. I see Moses, Iwobi, Iheanacho and Ndidi as players that will give Argentina and Croatia trouble.
”They will be too hot for our opponents to handle. Looking at the young crops of talented players we have in that list, Eagles will do wonders in Russia.”
Okosieme played for the Super Eagles as a midfielder at the 1988 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals hosted by Morocco.
