Super Eagles defender, Kenneth Omeruo has revealed that he wants to compete at the Olympic Games with Nigeria
The Leganes star stated this in an interview with William Troost-Ekong’s YouTube channel on Monday.
Recall that Omeruo was selected by Nigeria for their 35-man provisional squad for the 2016 Summer Olympics, but did not make the final 18- man squad.
He said: “One of my dreams is to play at the Olympics, the next one would be in 2023 “
“I would be 29 or 30 year old by then, but I still want to play at the games,” he told Ekong.
Omeruo was part of the Super Eagles squad that won the African Cup of Nations in 2013 and the team that finished third in Egypt 2019.
