According to reports, David de Gea has emerged a target for Real Madrid and Zinedine Zidane could fund the transfer move this summer by offloading current No.1 stopper Thibaut Courtois.
Zidane is drawing up a list of major transfer targets and De Gea is now refusing to sign a new deal at Manchester United.

The goalkeeper's wage demands have been rejected by Manchester United chief Ed Woodward and Real think the contract stand-off could play into their hands.
As per The Daily Record, Zidane is eyeing up De Gea after dropping Courtois (who signed from Chelsea last summer) for his first game in charge.
Courtois' arrival in Madrid appeared to end any hope the 28-year-old might have had of moving to Real, but it now seems that option is back on the table.
Zidane would be open to selling Courtois if the money could be used to bait De Gea from Manchester.
The Spaniard enters the final 12 months of his current deal in the summer and the Spanish giants feel they are in a position to negotiate with United.
De Gea is free to sign a pre-agreement with a foreign club next January if he does not pen a new contract with the Red Devils.
Real president Florentino Perez has long pursued De Gea and Zidane is also a long-term admirer of De Gea.

Real Madrid are now exploring the option of selling Courtois to make room for De Gea and Paris Saint-Germain is being considered as a possible suitor.
