Rohr Issues Ultimatum To NFF To Renew Contract

Rohr Ultimatum NFF Renew Contract

Super Eagles technical head, Gernot Rohr has threatened to quit the role if his contract is not renewed by January 2020.

The German tactician recently met with Nigeria’s Sports Minister, Sunday Dare over extending his contract for two or three years.

But the Minister in response noted that he is not in any position to renew Rohr’s contract.

Dare stated that it is only the Nigeria Football Federation [NFF] that can renew Rohrs appointment.

Following this, Rohr has now issued a two-month ultimatum to Nigeria’s football governing body over his future with the national team.

He warned the NFF that if things are not regularized from January 1, 2020, he would quit his post as the Super Eagles coach.
