Ronald Koeman Opens Up On Ousmane Dembele To Man Utd Transfer

Manchester United have moved their attention to Ousmane Dembele with a deal to sign Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho looking unlikely.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have been working all summer long on bringing in a world-class forward to strengthen their front line.

The Bundesliga outfit made it clear that their asking price had to be matched by August 10 or Sancho would stay at the club.

That's forced the Red Devils into looking for alternatives and Dembele has emerged as a top target.

Dembele was left out of the starting line-up for Barcelona's first game of the season last weekend, further adding to speculation that he could leave before the end of the transfer window.

And Koeman has now hinted at Dembele's possible departure by stating a decision will be made by Barcelona.

“Dembele's departure? These are decisions of the club and the player,” he said.

The Barcelona boss also confirmed the club are working on bringing in another striker to replace Luis Suarez.
