The 30-year-old was spotted outside the Piccolino, Cheshire, sporting a white hoodie and chequered trousers.
The mystery woman walked beside him wearing boots, jeans and a low-cut black top.
They dined together at the venue which charges £23.50 for three courses of lunch.
Between them outside were two other women, with one clutching a pizza box.
Although the Manchester City star’s relationship status is unknown, he has previously been seen partying with the same woman.
He split from wife Giannina Maradona, daughter of Argentine icon Diego, in 2013 after five years together.
