Super Eagles Coach Rohr Cries Out Over 3 Months Owed Salary

Rohr to Announce Super Eagles Africa Cup Of Nations Provisional Roster in April

Gernot Rohr is reportedly being owed three months salary by the Nigeria Football Federation.

This is according to a tweet by renowned sports reporter Osasu Obayiwana, and it comes two days to the big friendly match between Nigeria and Brazil.

The 66-year-old German is on $50,000 monthly salary, and this means the NFF has not paid the German since July.

Last year, there were also reports that the Nigerian coach was owed four months salary by the NFF before he was later paid.

Rohr was hired in August 2016 as the coach of the Super Eagles and took Nigeria to the last World Cup in Russia.

He also steered Nigeria to win the bronze medal at the 2019 African Cup of Nations in Egypt beating Tunisia in the third-place match.
