Thomas Partey is closing in on his move to Arsenal – with his medical set to take place within the next hour, according to reports from Daniel Cutts.
The Ghana midfielder will have all his tests done in Madrid, before flying to London later this week.
He will put pen-to-paper on a long-term contract, with the idea of playing in the Premier League too good to turn down.
The 27-year-old was also attracted by the idea of playing for Mikel Arteta, who he has been impressed by from afar.
Partey will bring extra steel to the Gunners midfield, and will also help them in a creative sense.
