Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi has set another notable landmark and this time it is in Europe’s top five leagues.
The 22-year-old star has been in fine form for the Premier League giants, Leicester City since arriving England from Genk in a £17m deal.
The Nigerian ace was an instrumental figure at the heart of Foxes’ midfield as Leicester punished Southampton 9-0 to record the biggest Premier League away win.
Ndidi has now hit another landmark in the European top five leagues which include Premier League, Spanish La Liga, German Bundesliga, French League 1 and Italian Serie A.
According to a stats-based website, Squawka Football, the Nigerian International has now made the most tackles in Europe’s top five leagues so far this season.
