Real’s performance have spelt that out this season and Zidane will be given around £250m to spend on his squad this summer.
Zidane was said to be keen on Mane during his final season at the Bernabeu and according to Marca, he wants Madrid to sign Mane this summer.
The Senegal forward, who is valued at around £73m, signed a new long-term deal with Liverpool last year and appears content at Anfield.
However, the lure of Madrid is a very difficult thing for any footballer to turn down and Zidane is said to personally demand Mane as part of his rebuilding job.
