Zinedine Zidane Picks Interest In Signing Arsenal Superstar

Zidane Signing Aubameyang

With Gareth Bale set to leave Real Madrid, the club will be looking at Arsenal to fill the Welshman’s void during this summer.

Bale has been considered surplus to requirements by Zinedine Zidane and will search for greener pastures during the summer.

Signing Sadio Mane was on the agenda for the Merengues’ manager, but Liverpool would be unwilling to let him go and would charge an exorbitant transfer fee all the same.

Real do not want to spend in excess of 100 million euros to sign Gareth Bale’s replacement, simply because the former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder would not yield that much to them.

And hence, the Whites’ manager feels that securing the services of Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang would be a great option, according to Fox Sports.

Aubameyang transfer worth is projected to be 85 million euros- an amount well within budget for a prime player.

The Gabon international’s contract in north London runs until June 2021 and he has been vocal of his desire of playing with Los Blancos since his Borussia Dortmund days.

Zidane would gladly sign him, but can he continue to play on the flanks, because there will be enough depth in the centre once Luka Jovic is signed.
