Sadio Mane Releases Documentary About His RISE No Fall

Liverpool star Sadio Mane has taken the centre stage in his own film about his rise to the very top of football.

The film, titled ‘Made in Senegal' documents Mane's humble beginnings and the sacrifices that he had to make to become a professional footballer.

In the film – produced in conjunction with Rakuten – there’s a segment with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp explaining just what it is that makes Mane such a great talent.

They also speak with strike partner Mohamed Salah, who describes why the Senegalese attacker is such a joy to play alongside.

He begins with his humble rural beginnings in a small village of south Senegal to the global spotlight of premiership football and winning the Champions League with Liverpool.

With Mané as the main narrator, and using a mixture of documentary scenes, archive footage and animation to bring Mané’s past to life, the highly personal film reveals his thoughts, feelings and views, allowing viewers to discover an intimate side of the star player.

The film also helps fans to delve into Mané’s passions off the pitch, including his well-documented charity exploits in his native country.
