Taiwo Awoniyi will be decked in Adidas gear next season after Nottingham Forest unveiled their 2023/24 kit from the German sportswear brand.
Adidas added the Tricky Trees to the number of Premier League teams which they kit and now, they have five teams in the world's most popular league.
Forest and Adidas released the home, away and third kits on Friday to the excitement of their fans. The move is seen as a deliberate play at proving their Premier League-worthiness and 10-goal Nigeria national football team striker Awoniyi is set to lead the team from the front once again.
A timeless classic ❤️

Awoniyi and Forest teammates to unveil pre-season kit against Spanish opposition
Awoniyi and his teammates will be playing their first pre-season game against Notts County on Saturday, which is where they will be wearing their new home kit for the first time.
Following their game against the English lower division team, they will travel to Spain to face off against Valencia and Levante, where they are expected to don their second and third kits for the first time.
The matches against the Spanish teams are also seen as a deliberate power move by Steve Cooper's team to prove their mettle against European football's bigger names as they plot their way back to the top of English football which they occupied over five decades ago.
The new Adidas kits see Forest return to Adidas, who they have had a lucrative partnership with in the past.
Speaking at the unveiling of Adidas as their new kit supplier for 2023/24 and beyond, Nottingham Forest chairman Nicholas Randall KC, said: “We are delighted to announce adidas as our new official kit partner.

“Adidas is a highly respected global brand with a special relationship with Nottingham Forest arising from the iconic shirts forever associated with our European Cup successes.
“We now look forward to working together again with the aim of writing a new story of achievement for the current generation of our supporters.”
Awoniyi and co will wear kits that feature no sponsors at the moment, putting them in the same boat as Carney Chukwuemeka‘s Chelsea.
According to previous reports, the Tricky Trees turned down a ‘multi-million pound' sponsorship deal from smart home company BOXT as they search for much more lucrative deals.
Adidas delighted to provide kits for Awoniyi and co for the new Premier League season
Adidas, in turn, is happy to be back in business with Nottingham Forest, who have a core that is inspiring.
Awoniyi, Morgan Gibbs-White, Serge Aurier, who captains the AFCON 2023 host team Ivory Coast; Brennan Johnson among others have brought joy to the City Ground, reminiscent of their glory days under legendary manager Brian Clough.
Steve Cooper, the caretaker of this new generation, will now have the opportunity to be as impressive as Clough was wearing Adidas kits.
Stand out. Step up 🔥

Speaking at the unveiling of the new partnership between both organisations, Chris Walsh, VP brand of Adidas North Europe said: “Nottingham Forest has an incredibly rich history in football, and it is an exciting prospect for Adidas to partner with the club for the foreseeable future.
“Adidas worked with the club during some of its most successful times, including the club’s two European Cup wins in 1979 and 1980. We now look forward to further success with the club and its passionate fans in the coming years.”
