Still Believe suffered a 2-0 defeat to Club Africain in their first outing in the group stage as two first-half goals from Tayeb Meziani and Bassem Serarfi ensured the Tunisians ended in the winning side.
Abdul Karim Zito's side are currently on a two-game losing run with just two wins and four losses in their last six fixtures.
Particular concern is on the coach to try and get his men back to scoring goals as Dreams have netted just four times in their last six matches, a run that could deny them victory at home on Sunday evening.
Rivers United, meanwhile, sit top of the group after a dominant display against Academica Lobito in Uyo last week. Goals from Samuel Antwi, Paul Odeh and Alex Oyowah condemned the Angolans to bottom of the group.
