Bruce Bvuma continues to shine for Kaizer Chiefs. The 28-year-old put up a solid performance for Amakhosi on Tuesday, making four saves.
Bvuma has kept four consecutive clean sheets, with just one goal allowed since he took over the number 1 spot from Itumeleng Khune.
Zitha Kwinika 7.0
Zitha Kwinika held his own against Lamontville for the most part. While he didn't contribute much offensively, the 30-year-old got two interceptions and a tackle.
Spiwe Msimango – 7.2
Spiwe Msimango is one of the main reasons why Kaizer Chiefs kept their fourth clean sheet in a row.
He proved to be rock-solid, with five clearances and three interceptions.
Njabulo Ngcobo – 7.4
The Msimango-Ngcobo duo seems to be working perfectly, which is evidenced by the fact that they did not concede in their last four matches together.
Njabulo Ngcobo led the team with seven clearances, he also had three interceptions and two tackles on Tuesday.
Sfiso Hlanti – 6.7
Although Sfiso Hlanti was a part of a defensive line that prevented Golden Arrows from getting on the scoresheet, he didn't exactly put up his best performance.
The 33-year-old was 1 for 6 in ground duels and 1 for 4 in aerial duels. He contributed his part defensively, with three clearances and a tackle.
Yusuf Maart – 7.8
Yusuf Maart was all over the place, with 84 touches in 90 minutes of play. He contested seven ground duels, winning six of them.
Maart was also three for three on aerial duels, he had five clearances, four interceptions and four blocked shots.
Sibongiseni Mthethwa – 7.0
Sibongiseni Mthethwa led the team with six tackles on Tuesday, he also had three clearances.
The Bafana Bafana midfielder also completed 80 percent (33/41) of his passes.
Christian Basomboli – 6.5
Christian Basomboli was on the field for almost an hour, and he did nothing noteworthy.
In 57 minutes of play, the Congolese player had just 20 touches. He managed to register one shot which was blocked.
Keagan Dolly – 6.9
Keagan Dolly was very efficient with his passing, completing 22 of 25 (88%) of his passes.
However, he was unable to get a single shot in over 70 minutes of play.
Pule Mmodi – 6.8
To be fair, Pule Mmodi was responsible for the only goal of the game, as he set up Duba's winner.
However, Mmodi struggled for most of the game, completing just one of six dribble attempts. He also lost possession 21 times in 78 minutes.
Wandile Duba – 7.8
Wandile Duba's goal was the difference between these teams on Tuesday.
The 19-year-old scored his first ever goal for Kaizer Chiefs since he was promoted to the senior team in January last year.
Duba put up a solid all-round performance, but was taken off after picking up a knock.
