The fairy tale continues for Victor Boniface, as the Nigerian striker continues to win accolades in the German Bundesliga.

What can Victor Boniface not do? The Bayer Leverkusen forward has been painting the Bundesliga in different shades and colours in his first season.

The Leverkusen forward has contributed immensely to the success of Die Werkself this term, as they sit atop the Bundesliga and their Europa League group.

Following another month of goals and assists, the Super Eagles forward has bagged another award in the Bundesliga.

In his first season with Die Werkself, Victor Boniface has proved to be a top-tier talent.

The performances of the 22-year-old striker in October have earned him the Bundesliga Rookie of the Month for October.

Notably, his side is ahead of defending champions Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga, with the contributions of the Nigerian too good to be ignored.

It makes it the third time he would win the award after bagging it in August and September.

In two Bundesliga games, Victor Boniface scored one goal and two assists.

He could even win a fourth award with his performances so far in November.

The forward's performances have drawn attention from suitors in other leagues, with several clubs in Europe showing interest in him.

Boniface has also won one Bundesliga player of the month award.

A Fairy Tale Three Months for Victor Boniface

The first three months for Victor Boniface with Bayer Leverkusen have been the stuff of dreams.

Even the striker would be hard-pressed to say he expected this kind of start to the season.

He has scored seven goals in the league and three in the Europa League, with his latest goal coming against Qarabag FK as Die Werkself qualified for the next round.

At this rate, Victor Boniface will smash several records in Germany. If he leads Bayer Leverkusen to their first Bundesliga title, he will have etched his name in the pantheon of legends for the club.

So far, things are working well for the striker, and many Nigerians and Leverkusen fans would be hoping – long may it continue.
