CAFCC: Enyimba snatches vital away victory in Senegal

NPFL giants, Enyimba FC International are one leg into the next round of CAF Confederations Cup Qualifiers after snatching a late win against Senegalese club, Diambars FC on Saturday.

In what was Finidi George's first match, substitute, Cyril Olisema scored a late penalty as to hand Enyimba the much needed win against their Senegalese counterpart to warp up a first leg win at the Stade Lat Dior.

Coach Finidi George's men got a penalty with six minutes left to play after another substitute Gabriel Orok was hacked down inside the box.

Olisema stepped up and coolly dispatched the penalty to hand the The People's Elephant a big advantage going into the second leg.

The second leg will take place next week Sunday at Enyimba International Stadium, Aba.

Meanwhile, Nigeria’s other representative in the CAF Confederation Cup, Bayelsa United, will host Tunisian club, Club Sportive Sfaxien at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa on Sunday.
