The Chelsea boss will be delighted with that record given that defensive frailties were a theme of his debut campaign at the helm.
It is too early to definitively say that Chelsea have turned a corner, but they are certainly showing signs of progress and that bodes well for the rest of 2020/21.
Rennes are Champions League debutants and outsiders to progress to the knockout stage.
They drew 1-1 with Krasnodar on matchday one, before succumbing to a 1-0 defeat by Sevilla last time out.
The narrow nature of that scoreline suggests they could be a tough nut to crack at Stamford Bridge, and Lampard must warn against complacency this midweek.
