Nevertheless, with the 12-year anniversary of the win coming earlier this week, Ronaldo sent a message to the Red Devils and his former team-mates on Instagram.
The Portuguese superstar uploaded a photo of the post-match celebrations along with a trophy and prayer sign, as well as tagging Manchester United’s official account.
